I am very overwhelmed trying to choose a cell phone plan that is right for my family. I've tried online research, but there's so much info that I really feel panicky.

I'm looking for recommendations. I need a PDA with a bar code scanner as well as fax capabilities. Who knows about this?

My kids have been so out of control with their cell phones! They are texting, sending photos and using the Internet (for i.m. ). I could not believe the bill! Are there plans that will just cut the service each month once the kids have maxed out? I mean, I know this is how they make their money, but I'm thinking about cutting their phones!

Does anyone really charge their PDA for the full time recommended in manual for first-time use??? It seems excessive and unnecessary.
